David Kenward & Sue Clayton

David is an award-winning photographer with Downs Syndrome. He has a passion for wildlife and wild places. This, combined with his keen observational skills and eye for detail, leads him to capture spontaneous moments which fleetingly pass.
Sue Clayton is an artist, specializing in protraiture. Capturing the raw beauty of the human face through bold brushstrokes, she encourages the vibrancy of the sitter to shine through with the use of a bold palette. Strange Face Adventures With A Lost Nick Drake Recording - Postponed

In the 1970s, when working at Island Records, Michael Burdett was asked to throw out some tapes. One of them caught his eye. It was over 20 years later before Michael played the tape, and was astonished to hear an unknown version of one of Nick Drake’s greatest works.

Michael decided to share this recording in an extraordinary way, offering people across Britain the chance to hear the recording in exchange for photographing them. He photographed people from all walks of life as well as some well-known faces including Noel Fielding, Billy BraggRoss Noble and Martin Freeman. Humorous and poignant the production celebrates life, coincidences and the legacy of singer-songwriter Nick Drake.

£11.00, £10.00 & £7.00 (Under 21)
