Mayor’s Charity Concert 2012 With Mp4
MP4 are the world's only
Parliamentary Rock band featuring Kevin Brennan MP, Ian Cawsey (Former
Labour MP), Rt Hon Greg Knight and Pete Wishart MP. Since forming in
2004, they have helped to raise over three quarters of a million pounds for
charity. In December 2009 they became the first rock group ever to play at the
Palace of Westminster when they performed at a sell-out concert on the terrace
of the House of Commons. Prime Minister David Cameron and Opposition
Labour Leader Ed Miliband have both praised the group’s charity
fund-raising efforts and pledged their support for the band's latest album ‘Cross
Party’. The band regularly give their spare time to help good causes and tonight
they are pleased to be supporting the Mayor of Pocklington’s Charity Concert.
